COMPANY’S HISTORY
A little bit about the history of the company.
The company has been created in April 2017.
The idea came up in a taxi which I had been driven.
At the back of the car, were two students, and one said he can not be bothered to rent a van, pack all his stuff, take it home, and do the same in September to bring all the stuff back.
This short conversation gave me the idea for the business.
RENTING TIPS
Ask the agency, landlord for the agreement and read it carefully.
During the viewing point things needing repair.
When moving in, check the whole place for damages, even small damages, even little holes in the walls after a small nail; take pictures and send them as soon as possible to the agency or your landlord.
This will save you loosing your money from the deposit.
All reports of repairs, faults etc. send via message or email to have proof.
When moving out, make sure you take all your stuff out, clean all your rubbish, clean all the rooms, take pictures from every corner. Especially take picture of the kitchen and bathroom(s).
