How does our storage system work?

We have many storage facilities available for different student requirements. Just hand over your belongings and we will organize them depending on size and volume. Pricing information is available on our Services page.

How can I measure the volume if I do not have measure tape?

The quickest and simplest way is to put all your items in a room’s corner. 1 meter it is 2 lengths and 2 widths of an A4 paper sheet. Just simply put 4 pieces of A4 on the floor next to the wall and mark the end, do the same on the other wall, and then from the corner up. The cube will be 1m³.

How long can I keep my stuff?

You can keep your belongings with us as long as you require. There is no maximum limit.

Do I need to be present when my items are picked up?

Just contact your accommodation to inform them that we will come to pack your belongings. We can video call you so you can decide what you want to keep, leave, or throw away.

Do you sell boxes and other packing products?

We sell boxes, large bags for bedding, bubble wrap, tubes, and tapes. We deliver them free of charge and lend you a tape dispenser. Return unused items and pay only for what you used.

How should I prepare my stuff?

Fill boxes fully, distribute heavy items evenly, and pack liquids upright. Seal boxes well, mark them with your name, and number them (e.g., 1/12, 2/12). We don’t accept bin bags or shopping bags.

Is it possible to add some extra items after pickup?

Yes, if the items fit within your package there is only an extra pickup charge. If they exceed it, you’ll be charged for the higher package.

Can I pack my own boxes, or will someone do it for me?

Yes, you can pack your own boxes, or we can do it for you.

Do you help move things out of dorm rooms?

The price includes pickup/drop-off from the front of the building, but we can also move items from/to your room or apartment.

How do I schedule my delivery back?

Contact us as soon as you know your return date.

What if I come back earlier or later than expected?

If you arrive earlier, contact us and we’ll deliver ASAP. If you arrive later than scheduled, redelivery charges apply.

Can you ship my things to another city or university instead of storing them?

Yes, we can provide moving service within or to another city.

How much does the storage cost?

Use our volume calculator to find the price based on your total volume and weight. Select the next higher volume tier to get an accurate quote.

Is pricing based on the number of boxes or total space used?

Prices are based on the total volume and weight of your items.

Are there any hidden fees (pickup, delivery, insurance, etc.)?

No hidden fees. Extra charges only apply for packing materials, room pickup/drop-off, late booking, redelivery, repacking, or additional insurance.

Do you offer discounts for early sign-up or group storage?

Yes, if you reserve space by May 15th, we offer discounted rates for 1m³/100kg for 3 months or longer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, Revolut, Monzo, and PayPal.

Do I pay upfront or after pickup?

We require at least 50% payment on pickup day and the rest upon delivery.

How secure is the storage facility?

Our facility has CCTV and restricted staff access only.

Is my stuff insured while in storage?

Yes, your items are insured up to the value stated in our terms and conditions.

Can I get additional insurance coverage?

Yes, additional insurance prices are available on the booking page.

Who has access to my stored items?

Only our team members have access to the facility.

When is the deadline to sign up for storage?

You can book anytime; there’s no strict deadline.

What if I need to cancel or change my pickup time?

That’s fine — just let us know as soon as possible.

Can I extend my storage period if I stay abroad longer?

Yes, you can extend for as long as needed.

I’m an international student — can you store or ship my belongings while I’m away?

Yes, we can store or send your items abroad.

What if I’m studying abroad for a semester — can I store my things for longer?

Yes, you can store your things for any length of time.

What happens if I forget to pick up my stuff?

We’ll try to contact you before your agreement ends. If we can’t reach you within 2 weeks, we may dispose of your items.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of boxes I have to store?

No, there’s no limit on the number of items you can store.

Can I store electronics like my TV or computer monitor?

Yes, but TVs and monitors must be in original packaging to be insured.

Will you take pictures or inventory of what’s stored?

All items are listed on the agreement — please review it on pickup.

Can someone else (like a roommate) hand off my items?

Yes, that’s not a problem.

Can I access my belongings while they’re in storage?

You can request delivery of all or some items at any time (extra fee applies).

Can you deliver before I arrive (so my things are in my new dorm when I get there)?

Yes, if full payment is made before delivery.
