The prices include pick up and drop off from/to the entrance of the building in the same city, and the storage period.

You can also add pick up and/or drop off from/to your room/apartment:
0.5m³/50kg – £25, 1m³/100kg – £35 (for higher volume/weight just multiply the price of 1m³/100kg.
For example 1.5m³/150kg – £35×1.5=£52.50)
